  As a close friend of one of Anna’s clients, I would personally like to express my gratitude to Anna for the many years of support and dedication she has provided. I have witnessed a tremendous amount of progress and personal growth in the time that my close friend has been receiving counseling from Anna. I have seen this friend struggle to find a therapist that possessed the knowledge, expertise, and compassion to get her through an incredibly difficult series of traumatic events. I feel relief and reassurance knowing that, with Anna, my friend is receiving the life-saving support she needs.

  My niece has been seeing Anna for years and I have seen great improvement in her overall mental health and stability. Before Anna she tried to commit suicide 3 times. That has stopped and she has gradually become a more active, stable and functioning person. Once when she missed an appointment and Anna couldn't contact her, she called emergency services and requested a home check. They found her on the floor unconscious and non responsive. She had a seizure and needed surgery. She lives on her own so I can't even imagine how long she would have been there if Anna wasn't the caring and compassionate professional that she is. I would absolutely trust her with myself or anyone that I loved.

  Anna is an extremely professional, caring and compassionate therapist. I have been seeing Anna for almost ten years and she has literally been a life saver for me. She goes above and beyond her professional duties. She has been there for me when I needed her at any time night or day. It's hard to find a therapist that accepts Medicare, let alone one as good and caring as Anna. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help.

  I have known Anna for many years. She has always been an amazing woman that I have looked up to. And now I have seen her use her education professionalism and kindness to help so many people in WNY. Thank you for all you do and thank you for always helping others. It may be her job to listen and support others but she does it in such a personal way that truly makes you feel better inside and out
