Buffalo's Best Flooring

We had a solid maple floor installed. What a beautiful change to our home. I can't believe the difference it made. This is an outstanding company to work with. They were very patient and responsive. The install went quickly and there was no mess for us to clean up. I would use them again for our next floor and I highly recommend them to everyone!

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of working with Buffalo’s Best flooring. Alexis was extremely knowledgeable regarding options available (color,species etc) and very responsive to any questions we had. She always answered within several hours.

The installation went very smooth. We had a combination of work done including the refinishing of an existing hardwood floor and installation of new hardwood floors. They were always on time and were considerate of our schedule. They came back several times to answer questions that we had.

We were completely blown away by how wonderful it was to work with Buffalo’s Best Flooring to have our flooring situation remedied. We hired them to redo a bamboo flooring installation throughout our 1st floor that another company had installed improperly and haphazardly. The removal and installation of new bamboo flooring was done in our kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and office. The most amazing part was that Sean and his crew were able to accomplish everything the 1st installer told us couldn’t be done such as tying the new floor into an existing bamboo installation in our dining room/living room as well as repairing any accidental, minor damage that occurred. Each day, we would get a phone call asking how the day went and helped ensure that any of our needs were met. I am still in disbelief that they took care of moving the appliances in order to install the flooring (the original installer would not do this for us either). We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I contacted a few different flooring providers and installers and ended up going with Buffalos Best because of their transparency on cost and customer service. Alexis was incredibly attentive and her husband Sean and his crew did amazing work.

They removed tile and installed hardwood (over 600 square feet) in a matter of days. The crew was respectful, kind and Alexis would check in every day multiple times a day to make sure I was pleased.

Even after the job was complete she has answered any questions I have had. I really can’t recommend them enough, if your looking for honest and kind people with a focus on customer satisfaction, and quality work is important to you, I don’t think you can do better than Buffalos Best Flooring.

I love the way my floors have turned out and I’m positive I made the right choice going with them.

Company prices are well priced. Employees were pleasant to work with. No reason to have someone do your floors. Do yourself a favor and just hire them.
