  We are totally delighted with our fireplace. Installation was very professional and when we had a slight problem, the owners and employees solved the issue immediately. I highly recommend them for your next fireplace!

  We decided to go to American Eagle a few months ago while looking to convert our wood-burning fireplace to gas, and having an unsatisfactory experience with another fireplace store. We definitely made the right decision.
  
  Everyone we dealt with - Jim in sales, Mark the estimator, the 3 guys on the installation crew, and the young woman (whose name I forget) who handles the phone calls and messages, were all outstanding - very professional and helpful. We needed a minor adjustment about a week after the installation and the man who came out was also very good.
  
  So far this winter, we're really enjoying our new fireplace, and very glad we went with American Eagle.

  These guys are GREAT! read the story below.
  
  We wanted a new look for our fire place. We went to a fireplace store near our residence. Found what we liked and started the order process. When we ask a few questions we received no response.
  
  I found out that American Eagle handles the same manufacture. We contacted them. They came out an got us a quote. And we gave them a deposit. As usual, with a custom order, a few question arose, but they responded quickly and were very knowledgeable.
  
  I would recommend this store for any our your fireplace needs!

  I shopped around and while American Eagle may not have been the cheapest (they were middle of the road), they were the only place I went to that cared about the fireplace being up to code. I was originally going to get the ventless logs but once they came out to do the measurements, we learned that it wouldn't be up to code so we went with vented gas logs. These looks so real and I love how the flames jump around. I am so happy with the product.
  
  Originally, I was also not going to get doors but the more places I looked and the more I thought about it, doors are necessary to protect my dog's tail and his ball/toys from accidentally getting burnt. The doors are absolutely lovely and I'm glad that they brought samples of the metal so I could match it up with the tile work.
  
  The installers were great. They answered all my questions and were very conscientious about not making a mess. I had nothing to clean up at all when they left.
  
  I'm very happy with American Eagle and would definitely recommend them....well and I actually already have to a few friends! :)
