Just want to say I come here all the time when I can in the mornings due to me working so close by. I usually always get my coffee done right every time but today was super busy as every Friday is. I grabbed my coffee without noticing it was not done right. Took one sip and I felt like I drank a straight espresso shot opposite of my usual coffee! As I was rushing to work I didn’t get the chance to turn back and have it remade then and there . So I decided to call once I arrived to my destination and to see if I can have it remade during lunch - worst they can say is no as it was my fault for not checking and speaking up. To which they said was fine. Woohoo! As I went to get my coffee remade - they were sincere, understanding and apologetic!- not at all annoyed of having to remake a coffee. Although the Staff are young they are very respectful and pleasant- thank you staff for everything you do you deserve a raise !

Although today the drive thru line was backed up more than usual and took about 15 minutes to get my order, I’m giving them 5 stars due to the young lady who was one of two staff present for the day. I guess several staff didn’t show and they were heavily overwhelmed. Even so, she stayed calmed, polite and professional and helped us as fast as she could. She apologized for the delay (which isn’t her fault at all), smiled and wished me and my boys a good day. Promote her, give her a raise or both!

Sitting here enjoying my iced latte and stuffed bagels while waiting for my son to get out of school, and I hear nothing but efficient teamwork going on behind me. They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point! I will definitely be back.
