(April 24, 2020, 1:53 pm)Benzinger's did a great job replacing the zipper on my jacket. When I originally picked it up I wasn't happy with how the stitching looked, so they offered to take the jacket back and mend their work. A few days later I had a fully functioning zipper on my favorite jacket.
