Some may think that this may be a bias review because Irvin is my husband, but no. I see how hard he really works day after day, during early morning and late nights. How he does whatever it takes to make sure he gets you to the closing table. Because I get to experience most if not all of his transactions here are some tips that would make your experience a lot smoother if you are going to work with him.
1. Be coachable - Let the professional do their job, that's why you hired him right?
2. Talk to a lender first - you can't shop without the money
3. If you're selling be realistic about your home (even in this crazy market)
4. Communication is key.
