Better Smile of WNY

This is hands down one of if not the best Dentists office I’ve been to in my life. From reception to when I walk out the door when I’m done it’s nothing but an amazing, kind, knowledgeable and friendly experience. The doctor is personable and willing to explain everything and anything I might want to know. The hygienists and assistants are some of the most pleasant and kind people to be around and are there to help you anyway you need. Seriously as someone who suffers from dental anxiety this place is truly a god send, I owe my current dental health and turn around to this office. Amazing people

I went into better smile really afraid and scared thinking that I might be judged about my teeth (haven’t seen a dentist since before Covid) but all the staff was very nice and friendly never said anything mean about my teeth or made me feel bad about myself! Tammy took me in and made me feel like I was at home! She was a very nice lady and was very patient with me when I didn’t understand and had a lot of questions. Dr. Ian was very nice and explained everything to me perfectly! I would recommend Better smile to anyone in the area!

Great experience! Receptionist was polite and efficient. Waiting room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The wait was short. The hygienist was professional but personable and kept me informed throughout the exam and cleaning. The dentist was quick but without sacrificing personal attention. Everything you could want in a dentist visit.

Of all the dentists I've been to in my life, the Orchard Parks Better Smile of WNY is by far the best. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very good at what they do. I had a great experience and the time they spent discussing my overall dental health was extremely useful.

I had my first visit with Better Smile in Orchard Park today and honestly it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Jake was the hygienist and he really did a phenomenal job. He was very personable on top of being professional and attentive. He actually listened to me explain the issues I was having and asked many questions to try to get a good understanding of what was going on. I feel as if I will be much happier with my dental care at this office!
