I wanted a Chamber Vacuum Sealer for some time. I researched the options and JVR VAC100 seemed like the right size and functions. JVR Inc. Had multiple five star reviews. I made the leap. I got the machine. It was well packaged. I unpacked it and got to setting the machine up. I DID NOT forget to put the oil in it. Many U-tube videos and the packaging itself were helpful reminders to do this. I could not get the machine to seal. I called and spoke to Gene who sent me to Peter. They were both extremely patient with me. Turns out the issue was my own. I had thrown out the cushion for the sealer. Peter helped me resolve this issue expediently. It is great to have the service and attention behind the sale even for those of use that make mistakes. Thank you for all of the help. John

I was trying to decide which chamber sealer I wanted to upgrade to from a traditional vacuum sealer. Looked at all the big names but wanted something a little less industrial looking since it would be out on a counter. Short story is the Vac100 met my criteria AND had an oil pump so for a very competitive price to the competitors I felt it worth the reasonable additional price. It's a winner in every way. If I could have anything it would be a slightly deeper well (Vac110 is but more industrial appearance). But let's talk customer service. I was convinced originally by watching a youtube interview with Andy. I liked his demeanor and it seemed clear that their reputation was paramount to them so I figured why would you put out an inferior product and create a big headache for yourself right? Unit is GREAT. Original included sealing canisters not so much. First set all cracked. Ordered another set they cracked too. Andy contacted me to try a set of some new ones they are looking to upgrade to and sent me a set. They are EXCELLENT but what was most impressive was Andy's response, transparency and concern it gets resolved. I'm super thrilled with the Vac100 and if I ever have an issue I KNOW it will be handled well.

We bought our Vac100 over a year ago and we're still excited about. At first my wife was skeptical about spending the money but she comments every time we use it, which is at least twice a week, that the Vac100 was one of our best purchases for vac packing. We use it for breaking down family pack meats into serving sizes then freezing them, marinating meats, freezing leftovers, and I recently purchased the sealing bar for retort canning and the cover which fits the machine perfect and is made from heavy duty material.
The customer service is top notch as they answer your call and are willing to help and answer any questions. Even on their web page they are quick to answer questions with a knowledgeable response.
I would definitely recommend this company and their products!
