  I can’t say enough of how pleased I’ve been with the Pain Management treatments of Marianne St. John! I first injured my back in 1996 and have had 7 back surgeries since. I was going to another Pain Mgmnt. Physician for over 10 years and I was always pleased and happy with her but she had retired and recommended Marianne St. John and Wow! Because I really liked and trusted my previous physician I was nervous having to switch to someone else but Marianne St. John and her staff made that transition soooo smoothe.I’ve seen her 3 times now and while she continues using the same methods as my previous physician she also began giving me Trigger point injections and I was blown away by the difference they made(my wife said after the injections I looked straighter and taller plus she didn’t hear me let out yells or screams when I get up from the couch or get out of bed! Marianne St. John is very easy to get along with and really understands my chronic pain…I feel so trusting with her…Plus the whole staff is super nice and the scheduling is great(my 3 visits so far were not much of a wait at all which means a lot to me).

  I have genuinely never felt so safe and welcomed in a new space before. The entire staff is amazing. I’m usually very anxious about being in new places with new people, but Marianne and her staff provided a perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. I left the office today laughing as if I had just left a group of friends I was casually hanging out with, even though I had just taken a major medical step forward to improve my quality of life. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. If you’ve been fortunate enough to stumble upon St. John NP in your search for healthcare, do yourself a favor and make the call, make that appointment. I promise you, it’ll be one of the smartest decisions you’ll ever make.
  PS - There was a 14 year old dog at the office named “Indiana Bones” and I love him more than anything in the world.

  Upon my 1st visit, I immediately thought Marianne was a personable physician. She made me feel very comfortable & understood me & my issues. She is very empathetic & takes my pain seriously. My pain has been extremely manageable & I've been able to resume normal activities and work pain free.
  Update..
  4 months has gone by since my 1st visit. I used to have severe neck pain resulting in headaches every single day. Since coming here, I have been headache free and pain free due to her suggesting trigger point injections, along with pain meds.. Didn't know how bad I felt until I felt better as a direct result of her care.

  I have been a patient here since the very beginning and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Marianne! She has worked with me one on one to provide the best care possible. Marianne has gone above and beyond from the very first time I called her. I never expected someone to be so personal and professional at the same time. She does not let me leave her office any other way then on a positive note! For someone like me that is important lol. I recommend her to everyone because she specializes in all areas. I drive about 35 minutes to see her for my appointments because I wouldn't want to see anyone else! 😁😁

  Marianne St John N.P. Is wonderful! She provides amazing care and makes you feel like the most important person in the world. Her level of care and compassion is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a Doctor office setting. She also has beautiful, friendly staff that would do anything at the drop of a dime to help you. I always look forward to an appointment in her office when I used to dread doctor visits with any other practice. Thank you so much for the high quality care and pleasant experience always when I’m in the office! Definitely a two thumbs up/5 star worthy rating from me!!!
