The Dalmatia Hotel

First off: The wings are excellent. Easily top tier for Buffalo (meaning best in the world, duh). We had the Chiavetta's flavor and we're very impressed. Not spicy, but FULL of wonderful flavor. Fret not, if you are into spicy -- they have a ton of flavors to choose from.

Secondly, everyone from staff to customers were welcoming and friendly. Not once did I feel unwelcome. It was a great experience, even though we just passed through for a pint and a bite.

10/10 would recommend.

Monthly, my friends and I go out for a food day and today the Dalmatia was picked. Smaller place with 3 tables but decent size bar and nice people. We ordered fries, beer, and 80 wings. The wings were some of the best in the area and they have a huge menu to choose from. I ordered honey Cajun along with peanut butter & jelly. The wings were delicious and what was most impressive, they were all crispy, no matter the sauce they were in. I will be back to enjoy more of their wings. Go give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable setting with a good old times kind of feel. The staff is friendly and professional. They were all very invested in the their job and the business and you could tell they we're doing the best work because its important to them. I included a few pictures of the bathroom because I think a clean, well kept bathroom like this also says a lot about how an establishment feels about taking care of their customers and their facilities.

The wings were absolutely perfect. The dozens of flavor choices make even just ordering fun and adventurous. Once we finally were able to chose, helped out by the staff who have dutifully tried them all, we even further impressed when they came out. Very hot, and crispy and perfectly well done. Not to mention the size of the wings, these are not the tiny wings that a lot of chain wing places try to get away with. So the price per wing (comparable to most places) was so much more worth it. Not to mention they have really nailed down the flavors. Taco wings definitely had that taco flavor. We were so impressed (and actually full off of 10 wings) that we ordered two more flavors to go and try later.
