I’ve been training with Matt for a little over 2.5 years now. Matt listens to my concerns and is very in tune with my goals. Not only have I changed physically but mentally as well. Matt is very informative and has helped me with my overall mindset regarding nutrition. Ive learned how to have a manageable balance between fitness, nutrition and being able to maintain a balanced social Life as well.
The MAC fitness facility is always clean and is a very welcoming environment.

The best way to describe MAC Fitness is that YOUR GOALS become THEIR GOALS. Matt & team have been lifesaver in getting me back on the up and up on improving my personal fitness so I can live a more fulfilling life. My strength and energy levels are up and my weight and resting heart rate are down. Matt and his team are very knowledgable on muscle movements and exercises to ensure proper form so that injuries are prevented. They are also agile in modifying exercises as needed if lack of mobility or prior injury exists (I am not very flexible and one of my knees is banged up from my younger days). Also, with the recent gym renovations all of the equipment is new and top of the line. This is a great gym experience, so I would highly recommend to anyone trying to get moving and active again. You will meet folks in all different stages of fitness, and their current client group is very welcoming and supportive. I will be a customer of MAC Fitness for the foreseeable future due to the positive impact this gym has had on my life. There's a good chance they can do the same for you.
Good people! Great atmosphere too! They can answer any question you have from nutrition to exercise. I would highly recommend them for training or classes.
