Chem-Dry of Buffalo

Joe did an awesome job deep cleaning our carpets before we moved into our new home. He was very professional, arrived on time, and also very personable. The carpets looked brand new when he was done! I would trust chem-dry to take care of all my carpet care needs. I will definitely be calling Joe back again in a few months.

I researched this company for quite some time before I decided to pull the trigger. We have carpet that was starting to show traffic-wear in addition to a spot that my son had spilled red Gatorade on. I tried using our own carpet cleaner. I even rented a rug doctor from the local home depot. Nothing did the trick to get rid of the Gatorade stain. I finally decided to schedule an appointment with Chem-Dry of Buffalo. I figured they were busy and wouldn't be able to come out for some time, but that wasn't the case. They came out when it was convenient. They were literally here and gone within 30 minutes. Best part, they got the stain out that I tried working on for a year!!! Truly awesome! They were so quick and so extremely polite and talked me through everything they did. I am so impressed by them!

Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning the carpet on our stairs! We just moved in and wanted the carpet to be fresh and our dog had also had a couple of accidents. They were very responsive, on time, professional, reasonable and they did a great job! Highly recommend!

This was the first time we used Chem-Dry to clean the carpet in the entire house. It was recommended by a friend of us. The service was great and the price was reasonable. The technicians are professional, polite, considerate, and efficient. The 10+ year old carpet looked clean and neat after the service although couple tough stains could not be removed.
