I find the office and maintenance staff to be kind, responsive, and professional. Maintainence does an excellent job with snow removal. The property is kept clean and orderly. Quiet for a complex to!

Love it here. Great neighbors. Nicely updated apartment. It was clean when we moved in and the maintenance guys so far have been really good about taking care of any problems we have had. The girl in the office is helpful and worked with me when I was applying for an apartment.

I have had an incredible experience here since moving in. I won't lie, I was worried at first after seeing some negative reviews, but I didn't want the opinions of a few negative people to negate the positive.

To start, the apartments are incredibly clean. When I moved in, it smelled like fresh paint and the carpets/floors were spotless. They made the process of moving in go so smoothly. The people in the office are incredibly friendly and maintenance is quick to jump on any fix you need in the apartment. The hallways/buildings are clean at all times, the neighbors are quiet and make you feel welcome as a new tenant, and most of all, they're completely affordable. On top of all the storage I get in my apartment, you also get a big additional storage closet in a separate area for no cost. The bathrooms and bedrooms are huge. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans to the side of the road, snow removal, or cutting a lawn.

I love living here. Defiantly a good place for a small 2-3 person family or someone looking for a fresh, new place to live.
