I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Morton for an home inspection on my partner and I first home purchase. I was greeted with a cheerful yet knowledgeable man. He took his time answered all of our questions and then some. I felt confident simply because We were in his presence. As most people can tell you purchasing a home is VERY stressful!!! He made this process simple, I was able to pay with a credit card and had the invoice and report emailed to me the same day. I’m happy with his service and pricing I’d like to give him 10 stars but only 5 are available he deserves more!

I was looking for an inspector located in the general area where I was purchasing a home. I found Bob on the internet. The reviews were good. So I gave him a call. I'm so glad I did! He was very nice on the phone. The inspection was done within 2 days. And, I had the inspection report by evening! I couldn't have been happier with Bob's kindness, professionalism and his swiftness in getting the job done! I highly reccomend Bob! It looks as though I'll be calling him again soon.

Bob was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided thoughtful answers to all of my pre inspection questions. He arrived early and ready to go on the day of inspection. He then provided thoughtful answers to all my, my fiance's, my friend's, my realtor, and my realtor's daughter's questions and overall made us feel very comfortable and informed throughout the inspection process. The next day he sent us a 37 page document complete with pictures and instructions about everything he thought might need to be addressed in the future. I would definitely recommend Bob and Foremost Home Inspections.

You expect a home inspector to be detail oriented but Bob of (such and such inspector) took home inspection to a whole new level! Bob was already hard at work when we arrived and continued his diligent review of the home long after my interest waned. Bob not only pointed out every potential financial or physical hazard, but he also took time to explain how everything worked, where my newly acquired appliances fell in terms of quality and life expectancy, as well as any safety concerns for my small children. Things I could never have thought of were confidently discovered and revealed, which have already saved me time and money, and potential damage to my house in the future.

Following the inspection, he sent me an exhaustive PDF outlining every aspect of living in my house, complete with pictures and resources, but his service didn't end there... I've already reached out to him with several follow up questions and he always says, "I love questions." Needless to say, I am very happy to have been lucky enough to work with Bob and now I've got an unbelievable resource for the next two years, just an email away, thanks to Foremost Home Inspections.
