(October 15, 2021, 1:52 pm)The people here are great. Customer service taken seriously. Super patient and kind. RW vapors in Batavia treats their customers like they are disposable, and is a scam. Big Boss is the exact opposite. If they dont have something you want, they will get it. If they dont have your coils, they will get some fast. Instead of 3 brands of juice, you have your choice of hundreds. Skip RW, and make the short trip, get your vehicle a tank of tax free gas while your there.

!!CASH ONLY!! ATM on site. The largest & best supplier of all things vape related in western NY. NY law made it the only place to go in our area, being sovereign indian territory, since banning flavored products elsewhere. They carry a huge inventory of vaping supplies & smoking paraphernalia & are usually pretty busy, especially weekends!
All products are behind safety glass enclosures & cannot be touched without a clerk getting it for you. Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff.
