From the first point of contact with this company, right up until the problem was taken care of, their service was first class. They assigned a technician to my pest problem. He was punctual. His assessment of the problem was precise, and the method to eradicate the problem was completely successful. Follow-up visits happened exactly when he said they would, he was happy to share different prevention methods with me and his knowledge of pest control was very impressive. He was a pleasure to have around and I would recommend this service to anyone with a pest problem.

They were very respectful and informative about what needed to be done. I am very impressed with them being on time and doing a thorough job at inspecting our house for termites. Overall we are happy with the service they have provided.

I am so picky about my pest control and it is one of those things that I consider to be a necessity. Having used some of the big companies in the past and been disappointed, I generally like to use local companies. When we moved a year ago, I found Exterminator Canarsie and have been very happy with Jed. He is always on time, very professional and will listen carefully to each concern I have. I also prefer to have my basement sprayed with each application and he is always willing to do this for me without argument.

These guys are the best that I have ever seen. They did everything possible to make sure my family did not have to deal with a roach problem. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I could offer more stars. They deserve all the praise.
