Dr. Jerome has been my doctor for many years, she has also helped my family members. We consider her and Jewel(office manager) an extention of our family! Jewel always squeezes us in and goes above and beyond her position to get all forms, referrals, and insurance issues handled asap. Jewel has so much to handle but still does it with patience and kindness. Her name speaks to her character because she is a precious asset to Dr. Jean Jerome!!
Dr. Jean-Jerome is a very busy physician but is always concerned with our physical health as well as our emotional, she views patients as people not just a chart. She is one of the few that still cares about bed side manner, which is a lost art amongst current physicians.
