  At a time where I had to surrender to the fact that I had aged out of being able to "do it myself" I had a hard time finding someone qualified and affordable to lay the floating floor of a rental property. Not able to spend the money for a contractor, I said a prayer and reached out to Bright Flooring & Carpentry. They proved to be both "qualified" and "Affordable". Hussein worked with me putting my mind at ease with his genuine confidence. They pulled up the work I had done and laid out the flooring throughout the property with confirming results in one day's time. I have future needs to be met which I now can approach with a healthy reliance on Bright Flooring and Carpentry being there for me.

  PRIME TECH RESTORATION is the way to go! As a former maintenance coordinator for a property management firm, we have used Prime Tech Restoration for going on 3 years now. I must say that they supersede the remark " THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK" when it comes to renovation, home improvement, roof work, plaster/paint and soooo much more. Also the service and customer relations are untouchable in the industry! Hussein and his hardworking team treat you as if you are their only client in which they have many.   Prime tech Restoration Inc has completed a gut renovation of our home that had not been renovated since the 1958. Hussein and his crew did a truly amazing job, and I am so thankful for all their time, care, and commitment to making our house special and beautiful.
  
  This was a big job. We installed 3 new kitchens, 6 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and others.
  At every step, Hussein worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care prime tech put in to make it right.
  
  For this type of work, we received bids from a number of different people. Prime Tech priced everything very competitively and they are very transparent on costs for change orders. I recommend them highly, and I will be sending friends to them for years to come!

  Hussein and his team are very professional and they did wonderful job at my house, my wife maria and me very grateful to his services.
  They fixed our basement water leaking, so far amazing work done by them, I am writing this review after 11 months later.
