Comment: I just attended my first Pilates Mat class with the incomparable Lana Halvorsen at Bodycraft Studio at Prospect Park West and 9th Street this morning, and I feel compelled to rave about it!I was fortunate in that I was recommended to Lana's studio years ago by a physical therapist at Long Island University's Physical Therapy Clinic.
