Great experience purchasing and servicing my 2022 21’/230hp SeaDoo Switch. Sales parts and service have been excellent so far. End of year service and storage was on point. I ordered some extras and they arrived when expected and installed them without issue on the appointment with all work complete when they said it would be.

Purchased a used boat. Very nice boat decent price. The boat was thoroughly inspected..... screw fell out of seat bolster, 2 snaps for mooring cover screws lose, a bolt holding Bimini top bracket lose nut stripped on. This is all found 1st day using. I pray it doesn't get worse. No manuals for boat, out board or electronics. 1 key? Not too happy. All concerns were taken care of 2nd time back. I pray going forward things are good.

The service department is always efficient, thorough, and professional. A real pleasure to deal with in these times. I've told all of my friends, that if they are looking to purchase a boat, that your location is the place to make the purchase! Brian in service is an asset to your organization.

We cannot say enough good things about Alpin Haus, Erich Kress the service manager, Morgan Mintzer the technician and absolutely everyone we met while spending the better part of two days waiting for the slide installation to be completed. Erich did so much to make the whole thing work from the start of planning by phone, to pinpointing the issues with the slide and overseeing the entire process with Morgan, all the way through to the finish of the repair. We were treated so well. Wish all businesses were like this!

Everyone is consistently professional and very helpful. Most of my contact has been with service in the boating dept. and I have worked recently with Brian and in the past with Brandon, both have been great to work with!
