  Recently had my BMW F30 in for front end damage. Car came out of the shop looking brand new.... All body panels lined up just like factory, no issues with the paint and the rest of the paint looked amazing after it was detailed. The staff here and Jon took amazing care of my needs during the repair and I honestly couldn't have asked for me. First time I was here I had the windshield replaced and it came out perfect. No issues with the glass itself and the windshield trim around it. Professionalism all the way and quality work. Thanks again guys.

  I recently had my car repaired by martino auto concepts, and I cant say enough about the excellent service. They fixed my car in no time and also detailed it for me. I would highly recommend this shop to any one looking for a professional job done well!

  There are not words to express my appreciation for the way this company treated me. My car was attacked by nesting squirrels and caused nearly 5000 dollars in damage. The attack was in the cabin in the car not the engine. They got in through a design flaw in my 2016 Subaru Forester that allowed them to chew through the vent and destroy the carpeting in the rear which is attached to the rear seat. John fixed the destruction beautifully. He did this in 5 days as promised and he was available on the phone. The office manager, Debbie, got me a beautiful rental at no cost to me. And to be fair, Geico was wonderful. This is my second time using Martino's. The first time was when my Prius drove over retread on the lIE (due to traffic I could not avoid it) and got the same treatment.

  This place is TOP OF THE LINE!!! Probably the coolest and cleanest shop you will ever walk into. The staff is super professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They take the work here very serious. My only regret is not writing this review sooner.

  HANDS DOWN THE BEST AUTO BODY COLLISION SPECIALIST!! I recently was involved in my first car accident and I contacted Martino Auto Concepts by referral. Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He invited myself into the boardroom where his entire staff made me feel welcome. They explained the entire process especially on how the insurance claim would take place and they took control over the entire matter. They were also able to get me into an upgraded rental to ensure I was comfortable while my car was out of service. Martino Auto Concepts called the other parties insurance company, met with the adjusters, and ordered all BRAND NEW OEM parts to ensure my car was was repaired according to BMW repair specification. Absolutely no shortcuts were taken on my repair. When I saw my car when the repairs were complete, I was in complete shock. My 2011 BMW M3 looked like a 2018 car. It was clean from top to bottom, flawless and looked like a show car. You could not tell my car was involved in a car accident. They provided the best service any customer can ask for, their work was phenomenal, and my family and I trust Martino Auto Concepts with our cars.
