After a couple of glitches transferring my service off of a family account, Razi and his phenomenal staff were able to resolve the problem and also stay on top of managing my account making sure there were no more issues. Great, great team! Such a pleasure to work with!

I came into the store, seeking an upgrade and questions about my plan. I met Razi, the best cell phone associate I have ever dealt with . Along with helping me and my family out with our plan, he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thoroughly explained step by step everything that I needed. After considering different provider options, this man went above and beyond what I expected. Also, Jonathan was very helpful as well. Setting up the phones and taking care of all the details. I highly recommend this store to the fullest (specifically Razi and Jonathan)

Recently my phone stopped working. It kept saying no sim card and would not charge. I really wasn't planning on buying a new phone right now especially since mine was only 1 1/2 years old. I had spoken to my son who had just gone to this store 2 days earlier and was so happy with the service so I decided to go here too. Jonathon was truly amazing. He is a really great guy. My daughter and I had a blast just talking with him while he set up my new phone. He wasn't your average pushy salesperson. He was extremely helpful and just an all around nice guy. Never once did he try to upsell anything like the last place I had gone to. He did everything possible to SAVE me money and informed me that I had been paying more than double what I should have been charged on my old phone as well as being billed for my phone that was supposed to be free when I traded in my previous one. I'm glad my son told me to go here. I always get stressed about getting a new phone and Jonathan made the entire process stress free. If anyone is seriously looking to buy a new phone do yourself a favor and go see Jonathon. Every boss needs an employee like him .

This AT&T store never will NEVER disappoint! I’ve been here previously when I needed to fix my phone plan for a more reasonable price. Everyone at this store is so helpful and kind. I recommend this store to my boyfriend, when he needed to start his plan. We got helped by Jonathan and he made sure all our needs were addressed. I truly appreciate all of Jonathan’s support and will definitely continue to come back to this store! Thank you Jonathan!!!
