George came to give us an estimate and provided us with many samples. He explained the different paver sizes, color schemes, layout designs and was very detailed every step of the way. His calm friendly personality combined with his years of experience and utmost professionalism set the tone for a wonderful experience. Once we chose a date for the work to begin, the team showed up on time, worked diligently over the course of a few days and finished faster than we could have ever expected.

Couldn’t have been happier with proceeding with Excellence Home Improvements. After our initial meeting in April, George made us feel comfortable with proceeding and to our surprise his team was thorough, clean and very polite. Throughout the job we received text messages showing what they were doing and even made some modifications to be sure no debris sat in the corners or our chimney.

After seeing the quality of his work I decided to discuss my plans to reconfigure and dress up my outdoor island. He shrugged his shoulders as if it was no problem and in no time had his crew back for the next project. As his guys were working they were polite, clean and always asked if there was something that we didn’t like just tell them and they would figure it out. I’m still in awe over how beautiful it came out.
