The Anselm Lowe Agency is a top rate provider. Anselm and his team are always working on my behalf. I can always contact them to ask any questions that I may have. If they do not have an answer, they return my calls expeditiously. While I am not always a fan of Allstate I stay with Anselm and his team because they care, and they are the best provider on Long Island. Coverage never matters until it does, and I want to make sure I have a team ready to go when I need them, and they are always ready. It makes a stressful time easier, and I appreciate that tremendously as it seems to be a lost art.

The morning after Superstore Sandy (2012) I called Anselm and the first thing he asked was how did we fare, is everyone ok--then he told me don't worry, I've got your file with me, I'm on it. He made the whole trauma a little easier than what some neighbors and friends experienced that weren't covered with Anselm.
If you email him any hour of the day or night, he writes back in minutes; if you call his office, his team is super efficient and puts you through to speak with him when you ask to speak with him but typically it's like speaking Anselm when you can his office.
We moved out of state and he is not licensed where we live. We miss him.
