My loved one passed away suddenly and my family and I live in a different state so we wanted to make sure that a clean and loving funeral home was going to be responsible for their final wishes. Thankfully we chose Elmont Funeral Home. Everyone we encountered at the funeral home put our minds at ease that our loved one was going to be treated respectfully and with dignity. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They truly made the process as easy as can be throughout this difficult time.

My father passed away suddenly, without any preparation at all. Fortunately, Mary and George took me step by step through the funeral process. The fee is transparent, understands the demands and expectations of the guests, and respects the deceased. I want to take a minute to say ty to Joe from the Elmont Funeral Home. In such a devastating time in my life, where I felt totally lost and even forgot how to use a pen, Joe was there to take the pen and fill out all the paperwork that needed to be filled out. He was so patient and understanding with everything. He made us feel like family. Such a kind and sweet man. I have been to other funeral homes and my biggest fear was that my husband wouldn't look the way I remembered him. Thanks to Joe and his team, I was able to say goodbye to a familiar face. The details of the funeral was beautiful and I can only hope they can understand the gratitude I have. This is definitely the place to say goodbye to your loved one before they go home to be with their "Father" in Heaven.

Our funeral director Joe was an absolute kind and helpful gentleman. He made me and my family feel at ease in all our communication with him from beginning to end.
He accommodated us so lovely with easels, TV viewing for photo slides and even provided a microphone for our eulogy service. Not to mention they were very affordable considering the unplanned circumstances.

Jim and Joe were excellent. They were very sensitive to our loss. The planning went extremely smooth. They did a amazing job with my father. He looked absolutely stunning.
