Steve was very attentive to my concerns regarding yellow jackets at my front door. He sent Dominic right away to spray the foam and the dust to get rid of the bees.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Steve and his team helped when we discovered a pest problem that needed to be dealt with immediately. Professional, understanding, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly showed up when they said they would. Thank you Biotech for helping me out in a tough situation.

Contacted Biotech and spoke to the owner Steve which I wish we called earlier. We tried dealing with the pest issue ourselves and nothing seemed to work. Steve walked us through the entire process, from chemicals that would be used and pest prevention after treatment. Both him and the technician were extremely thorough and professional throughout the process and even after. Thank you soo much Steve and the team and I will certainty recommend in the future.

These guys are awesome!!! Had a bed bug problem in our NY apartment and Steve and the technician were extremely thorough and walked us through everything we did and didn't have to do for their service. We would have wasted so much time had we not spoken to him and I am grateful for how quick and professional they were. Definitely would recommend.
