The knowledge & expertise Chief dedicates to each & every individual, is not only reassuring but impactful! To find a quality gym, that’s neat, filled with great workouts, awesome community partnered with adventurous events, is the best bundle you could gift yourself. To have excellence coaches like Chief, Rando, Lil monster, etc., who push & motivate you to your potential, is very rewarding! Once you start seeing results, the classes will become your new obsession. Start the year off right & join in. You won’t regret it, unless you “prove” otherwise!
Been doing function fitness/CrossFit for a few years now and I have to say this is one of the best gyms out there. Each class is tailored to make you stronger and get you in shape. Coach Tommy is easily approachable and highly motivational. Definitely recommend the gym. 10/10 place
I have been attending this gym for the last few weeks and already I can see a huge difference in my fitness level and have also lost weight which is incredible in such a short period of time. It is the owner, and great coach Tommy who eases you into the training, and although you go at your own pace, his direct motivation and that of other gym members, encourages you to push yourself. Tommy, honestly cares about the success of his members and it shows in results. The Proving Grounds Gym akin to a private training gym/instruction, with a few others folks in each class.
Its no cakewalk, but if you put it in, you will get it out!
I have been a member of a few gyms in my time both in the US and in Europe, and I can honestly say, this is a great gym. There are no posers, and everyone is very friendly – members encourage each other to reach their goals. The main coach Tommy also gives you advice on general well-being and diet, and I can honestly say 2022, will hopefully be the fittest I have been for 2 or 3 decades.

I’ve been to several gyms in the area, however, the Proving Grounds Gym is above all exceptional when it comes to offering its members an optimal workout experience. Tommy motivates and engages us to push ourselves out of our comfort zones. The classes are comprehensive and modified to different fitness levels. It’s more than just a regular gym! I’m hooked!
I've been going to this gym for about 2 months now and I'm obsessed. The owner and coach Tom is always keeping us motivated and pushing us through the workouts. You could be at any level in your fitness, and Tom will help you. The members are all really great too and also motivating. The gym itself is maintained very well and I always leave feeling like I had the best workout. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to see results.
