Nicole is amazing! I'm an estate planning attorney who works in elder law. I recently had a time-sensitive and intensive situation for one of my elderly clients who needed community Medicaid. It was dire because the client was being discharged from the hospital and the hospital social worker had not seen to it that any care was going to be in place for my client upon her return.
Nicole was able to jump in and quickly get services in place for my client. She then stayed in connection with me and my client's family to make sure that those services were implemented.
My client's family was beyond grateful as was I. It was an awesome display of what can happen when a professional is dedicated to and talented at that their job. I would recommend Nicole to anyone.

When an issue came up for a family member that had a terminal diagnosis, I was SO thankful I was aware of Nicole and the services offered at Care Answered. She is outstanding, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
