  We are using Ellis Carpet Cleaning for the second time. Ellis was assigned by our landlord to clean the carpeted, extremely traveled, and soiled stairs when we first moved here. They performed an amazing job back then. They did an even better job cleaning them again two years later. Their price appears to be market competitive. Ellis is lovely and knowledgable about carpet cleaning and (pet) odor elimination. They are kind and competent, on time, and everything is automated for payment. I would wholeheartedly suggest him to anybody in need of carpet cleaning. (This time, he even cleaned a huge area rug!).

  Excellent work! Ellis arrived on time and was pleasant and helpful. We had a badly soiled carpet that we couldn't get clean on our own. I shopped around and felt disappointed with the runaround provided by typical online services, which are agents who would schedule you with various cleaners, but none of them showed up. I kept looking and discovered this company called Ellis Carpet Cleaning. When I called them, the business responded, the owner replied and assured me that the carpet will be clean and fresh. I told them I'd give it a go, but I wanted it done that week. No trouble, I called them on Monday, and they were at my place the next day. The carpet appears to be like new, and EVERY STAIN has been cleaned. They performed an excellent job. I strongly suggest this company. These are the people to call if you need your carpet, rugs, or upholstery cleaned.

  I hired Ellis Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets for our place in Brookville. I don't actually recall how I found them as I know they are quite far from us but I'm glad I came across them. We had 4 bedrooms, the study, and the family room carpets to get steam cleaned. Because of their prompt response and willingness to discuss my options in detail instead of just telling me the price and that was that, I chose this company. The service guys were great also. I am very pleased with the results. My carpets look great now. And my partner was happy also and that's a plus!! ha! As there is always something that is picked out when I hire someone and this time there wasn't. That's a first in about 10 years so that's seriously saying something about how great of a job Ellis did!

  Ellis Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on our carpet, which has been heavily used over time by three babies and a dog over the past few years. It now looks in fresh condition, and they were so friendly, professional, and polite. I recommend them in East Meadow to anyone who needs a good carpet company.

  They did a great job cleaning our three bedrooms with carpet and all the mattresses. They were on time and made sure I was happy with the cleaning. Ellis Carpet Cleaning is a great company. We've got 3 people who now work from home since late 2020. So we've needed carpet cleaning more often. And Ellis has been our go-to for carpet cleaning since about Feb 2021. So almost two years now for our place in Roosevelt.
