OsteoStrong Garden City

Since I started going to OsteoStrong facility each time I look forward to the next. The experience is so revitalizing! After my sessions I feel ready to conquer the world! Try it! You won't be disappointed! The staff is so warm and welcoming too!

I started the program in July 2020 I saw the benefits of doing the program within the first three months. I have more balance, strength, I can go up the stairs for about 3 to 4 levels at my office without feeling out of breath. I enjoy going to do my session, Caryn is very nice and kind. I highly recommend to try it out. I can speak from a personal experience I feel really good.

I've been to OsteoStrong in Garden City twice now. Both times my experience has been terrific!

The staff is extremely patient and helpful. The constant encouragement I received both times was great.

After only two weeks I'm happy to say that I still feel great. None of the pain or discomfort that sometimes you get from the start of a new physical fitness/wellness program. I also can't believe the improvement in my balance just from the beginning of the first session to the end of that same session. I'm looking forward to seeing even more improvements!

Great experience! So glad I decide to call for an appointment. I would highly recommend this facility!!! The staff is knowledgable & encouraging. It takes very little time and no sweat... and I love the hydro massage therapy at the end.

I have been going to the center for 1 month and I already see a difference in my balance. It has improved greatly. Caryn is my instructor and she makes sure I am in the proper position for each machine. I love her encouragement!
