I had originally planned on going with another storage facility but after speaking with Jenn and her showing me the facility and the experience alone with her the customer service and how guienue and honest she was I didn’t even shop around I flat out rented. Would def recommend to anyone looking for great deals and even better customer service!

We look at 3 different units because I couldn’t decide which would fit my belongings best. With her knowledge and experience she showed me 3 different units so I can physically see them. I thought that she was very kind when it came to explaining everything I would need to know. After all is said and done everything was clean, safe facility I will def be storing at public storage.Thank you for your help!

(October 23, 2018, 4:30 pm)Jenn and Trini were extremely helpful with the entire process from beginning to end. The tour of the facility was helpful, knowing my belongings are kept safe and secure. They didn't rush the process and explained everything in great detailed. I would recommend this facility to anyone exploring any other storage units.

(October 10, 2018, 5:43 pm)Jenn was great. I walked in at 5pm and she greated me with a big smile, and addressed all my needs and concerns. It was very simple and a very quick process she took me to see two units because I couldn’t decide which one worked better but with her help and knowledge we found the right spot and I rented that day. The facility is very clean and the manager Jenn was great. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in storage.

Every time I have been here this week she’s always had a huge smile on her face always helpful always offering assistance and always checking on me to see how my day is going. Great experience and definitely great employees.
