Peak Performance Physical Therapy

I have had physical therapy in many different facilities over the years. The folks at Peak Performance are by far the most professional. I have never received the kind of hands-one personal attention as the Peak Performance team provides. They are not only kind and empathetic, but someone is always watching you, correcting and coaching you on to ensure maximum results from the therapy.

I have just completed 12 weeks of Physical Therapy for shoulder bursitis at Peak Performance (Island Park) Physical Therapy Center. As a nurse who has spent my entire professional life in healthcare, I have seen the best and worst in patient care. I can not say enough positive things about the talented and caring professionals at Peak Performance. The physical therapists immediately inspire confidence, they listen intently to what patients tell them and develop treatment plans that reflect patient needs and abilities. Every therapist and admin professional knows each patients’ name and patients appreciate how well the team works together to provide care. There is always a positive, upbeat vibe at the center and, now that I’m finished with my treatment, I will miss my time there. Thank you to John, Matt, Kristin, Kelly, Jordan and all the other therapists and front office staff. I recommend Peak Performance to anyone who needs physical therapy. They are the best.

I have been working with John. He is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and positive in his attitude. His entire staff is wonderful. They are all so helpful and positive at each visit. They know everyone by name as they come in and all work together to help me achieve my goals. They all make my rehab enjoyable...amazingly! I would absolutely refer any one that needs any kind of physical rehab to John and his staff.

This place is absolutely amazing to say the least! I went there injured and feeling like I would never get better. The staff listened to me and explained why I feel this way and explained what we can do to feel better. They go over everything with me and stay with me all the way through. I feel like they are going through this with me and it helps to have caring people to help me through. If you are reading this please take my advice and give it a chance I promise you will not be disappointed.

The staff at Ivy Rehab is incredibly kind and compassionate. When you walk in, Kristin, Alyssa and Cynthia are so friendly and ready to help. I am especially grateful to Vance; I was in a lot of pain before I came to Ivy and with his help, I am no longer in pain. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Kelly was so supportive and caring guiding me through the exercises. Tom and Tara are also wonderful, caring physical therapists and I am so appreciative for their help.
