Twice I have used Marvin and NISI and both times I have been beyond satisfied. First, we had a leak in our dormer. We got a few estimates. Not only was his price the best but the work was higher quality.

Recently, we had leaks again from a small slope down both sides of the house. The flashing was very old, worn and had holes in it causing leaks inside the house on the first floor in both corners. A friend trying to help me find the leak sent someone over to the house. His company told us that in addition to the flashing and shingles that would have to be replaced, the affected siding would also need to be replaced on both sides of the dormer and for consistency the whole dormer siding needed to be replaced. They said they couldn't remove and save the siding. I didn't hesitate to call Marvin again. Not only was the old flashing and shingles replaced but we saved thousands because his crew carefully and meticulously took down the affected siding and saved it all. My house looks exactly the same and there is no leak.

5 stars is not high enough and the overall rating after 100 reviews shows you no one is better than NISI.

Very reliable and neat at the end of each day, everything is all cleaned up. Great communication with the owners would definitely recommend I am extremely satisfied with the deck that they built for me. Marvin and Ray are both great to communicate with

My family and I are very happy doing our home renovations with Nisi. We had siding , roof , windows and gutter replacement done by Nisi , and Nisi was very very fair at addressing the area of concern. The home looks absolutely amazing ! Ray showed all interest and was attentive to our every concern . Ray was easy to reach and contact throughout the process . No issues to report at all !

I had my house vinyl sided by NISI home improvement. They were fast, yet efficient. Was very happy with the results. Any issue was resolved quickly by Ray the boss. I would definitely recommend this company. I have had many compliments on their work. They cleaned up impeccably every day. I posted a before and after below. The reason I used this company was due to the fact that mostly all their reviews are positive.
