  I can’t say enough about Mike from jet door and glass! The level of service, responsiveness and generosity he showed to my mom, who needed a piece of glass cut, was outstanding. Mike went out of his way to cut a leftover piece of glass so that she could re-purpose it for a smaller table. In addition, he offered to bring it back to her house and put it in place for her so she wouldn’t have to carry it. The service is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

  I had a cracked pane of glass which needed to be replaced in a window of my house, and I was quoted extremely high prices by a couple of contractors to replace the entire window - and I'm glad I didn't take the bait.
  
  I brought the window to Mike @ Jet Door and Glass, he measured over a few minutes, I brought the window back home, he called me a couple weeks later, I brought the window back to Mike, and it was as good as new. I had a tight schedule that day, so Mike even dropped it off at my house! Oh, and the total cost was 20% of the price that those contractors quoted me.
  
  Mike said he could have replaced the glass on the spot for a slightly higher fee if I couldn't wait, but it would be much cleaner if we measured exactly and ordered a new pane - and since I could wait, that's how we proceeded in this case.
  
  I'd highly recommend Mike / Jet Door and Glass for this type of work!

  Highly recommend Jet Doors & Glass. Mike (the owner) answers his phone, comes when he says he will be there, and does beautiful work. To top it off, Mike gave us an unbelievably reasonable price. The finished result was better than any replacement window would have looked. After several years of trying to get someone to fix a broken octagon window in front of our home and never getting responses back from other businesses (even local ones), we were fortunate to find out about Mike and Jet Doors & Glass. Other contractors over the years came for estimates and never called us back with a price. Some of them said the job was too small others said it was not repairable. One estimate told us our front siding needed to come off to replace the window. (Which was not the case.) Two local businesses never got back to me after coming to my house for the estimate. Another local company replaced my front storm door and never addressed the window as promised. He said, "we will worry about that after the doing the door."
  
  We highly recommend Mike from Jet Doors & Glass. He is honest, does excellent work, and will answer the phone. Overall a fantastic first and last call for any glass and door repairs or replacements.

  Mike was a pleasure to work with. The glass on our front door shattered. He came over the next morning to remove the glass and clean it up. He explained our options to us and we decided to order and have him install new piece of glass. He installed it and it looks great! He even spent time fixing the hinge on our door that had been sagging for awhile. Would definitely call him again.

  Mike and the men at this shop went above and beyond to provide the kind of customized service you can't find anymore! My mother happened upon their shop for a small project- a glass insert for a DIY tray. She had not been having good luck finding someone to do this and thus did not have high expectations, but she was thrilled with the service and the finished result. They cut/sanded the glass piece exactly to size, and it made the ($24.99 TJ Maxx!) tray look like $200 customized piece. I was so impressed that I ended up buying my mom a tray and doing the same thing for her birthday, and Mike and the boys were beyond generous. We didn't expect to come across them, but will no doubt be using them for much larger projects in the future. Thank you Mike!
  
  PS: we needed the glass insert because we glued pictures down underneath- it made such an amazing, personalized gift and Mike will definitely be my go to for this in the future!!
