  One of the best experiences owning a vehicle is a very good service department that will keep you coming back buying and servicing your vehicle. This Dealership it does what it takes to deliver that Level of Professionalism to their customers. As simple as a text and all my requests including getting a loaner was flawless, everything happened over my cell phone, i was in and out in less than five minutes thanks to my service advisor Mr. Andrew Wigfall that made everything possible to keep me satisfied during the service process.

  Had my car serviced at Audi of Lynbrook yesterday. As always Naomi Martinez took great care of me. Naomi is top notch when it comes to great service and she’s always on point. She had me in and out and is always kind and friendly. She makes sure you know exactly what to expect as far as turnaround. Naomi is extremely knowledgeable and informative as always. She called me as soon as my car was ready to get picked up. Totally recommend Audi of Lynbrook and if you’re getting your vehicle serviced see Naomi she’s the best.

  Andrew Wigfall was superior in customer service, knowledge of my audi and all issues that I needed addressed. I brought my car in for oil change, annual nys inspection and mileage checkup. Andrew gave me helpful tips about my car that addressed the low pressure tire sensor and other helpful tips. The service took exactly as long as Andrew said it would and the communication was smooth and excellent.

  Andrew Wigfall always does an outstanding job with getting the procedures done to my vehicle in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable and executes his job with class, while providing great customer service. What an asset Audi Lynbrook has in the service department! Without a doubt, he is the MVP of service and truly lives up to that title. Problems that might be hard for others, Andrew takes them on with ease. Even the way Mr. Wigfall dresses in his Audi gear truly defines what the Audi brand and Audi Lynbrook stand for; class and professionalism at its finest!

  My car was due for its maintenance. I dropped it off and my service advisor Andrew Wigfall made sure that everything that I requested was done expeditiously and in an appropriate manner. The tech that worked on my car Eddie did an amazing job he really knows what he is doing. My car is brand new again. Thanks Audi Lynbrook service for providing exceptional service. Way to go Audi Lynbrook, keep up the good work always making your customers happy by providing wonderful customer service.
