(August 6, 2021, 8:05 pm)They have a terrific, dedicated maintenance team. Any issue (and I have had very few in my 2+ decades here) is addressed immediately and always resolved. Anthony, head of maintenance, always follows up to be sure everything is done and the tenant is satisfied.
During the height of the pandemic, all of the workers followed the strictest of protocols. Truly felt safe having them in my apartment.
