I was not educated on the stair lift but when I contacted Stair Lift and spoke with Dean, he was able to answer all my questions and guide me step by step. I did not feel any pressure to purchase the stair lift from his company. I contacted him a few times with my concerns and he explained to me in detail the process.
Once we decided to purchase the stair lift, Dean arrived on time and was extremely polite. He explained the process to me as he installed the stair lift. Again, he addressed all my concerns. Once it was completed, he made sure my mom fully understood how to use the lift and that she felt comfortable in the lift.
I would highly recommend Dean and his company. I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.

Dean has customer service down to a science. He is reliable, dependable and most importantly, honest. You’ll never pay for anything that’s not necessary to the proper functioning of your stair lift.
