Not only is every instructor extremely nice, they are all willing to take time during class to explain & demonstrate moves personally for you. These classes pushed me to focus and understand the movement and correct form. I would recommend this studio to anyone! They are helpful to beginners & always go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

All of the instructors are hands on and really do care about helping you to get the most out of your workout; they’re also the sweetest people ever! Highly recommend all around!!

This one happened to be very close to where I was staying and I was ecstatic when I found them! From the moment I step foot inside their studio I was blown away! The owner/instructors were amazing and so welcoming. This is the most challenging workout I’ve ever done but it’s so addicting! The instructors always offered modifications and progressions which I thought was amazing! I took as many classes as I could when visiting. I would highly recommend taking some classes here. Extremely clean and absolutely stunning inside! 10/10 love them! Can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in town. Thanks Core+ Co!

(January 31, 2022, 11:20 am)Core and Co provides an amazing workout all around! The classes are intense and satisfying. It never gets easier because the instructors are always introducing new moves or intensifying regular ones. The studio itself is gorgeous and you feel relaxed just walking in. Each instructor brings something different to the classes and it is fun trying each one out. Overall, great studio, fantastic instructors, and hardcore workout!
