I graduated 7 years ago and am blessed to have graduated from such a great school. Not only did Kellenberg prepare me for college, but it helped prepare me for the real world, professionally & morally. Yes, the school is more challenging than others, but so is the real world after high school/college. Forever proud to be a Firebird!

i goto this school and im a freshman as of right now, i love this school so much and i have so many friends as of right now, i didn’t do any clubs nor sports and im still accepted in the school, I don’t know what the reviews are talking about. but one thing i will say that i don’t like about this school is that they force their pro life beliefs on you. everyone should be entitled to their own political opinion. they have upgraded the food this year by a lot and certainly invested in great food. in my Latin school years the food was absolutely TERRIBLE, but when we all came back after from covid times, they did invest in the food and it’s very good, i find myself excited to eat the food sometimes going to lunch. anywyas if you’re an incoming freshman or looking to transfer to kellenberg i would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful school teaching a values based education. Fantastic atmosphere for the kids and a terrific faculty. My daughter is thriving there after a so/so grammar school experience. She exudes a respectful confidence and we ow it all to the Marianists at Kellenberg. A phenomenal school!

I gave the school 5 stars about four years ago (when I was a sophomore at the school) and now that I'm well past graduation I would love to share my experience at Kellenberg. The 4 years I spent here was the best time of my life! The teachers are amazing, kind-hearted, and readily available to assist you with anything you need. The school is based off of the Catholic Marianist Order, where the religious brothers and priests have a firm founding in Catholic Education through Mary the Mother of God. Honestly attending Kellenberg not only changed me mentally (in terms of preparing me for College) but also spiritually (something that we all need in this day and age). They have a plethora of clubs and activities, and if you dont find something you are interested in (which I find kinda hard to believe if you want my honest opinion) you can always make a club.

My only caveat, which I won't dock Kellenberg points for this; mainly because they are making a conceited effort to change this; however Kellenberg's Science and Math courses are lackluster in comparison to some public schools in the local area. Personally (as someone who is going into the engineering field) I found that most of the knowledge in terms of science and math that I made in the school didn't apply to anything in college, and in some courses (like physics) I had to re-teach myself the entire course (especially considering I took the physics class at Kellenberg literally the school year before I took a similar course in college). The only science class that I was truly prepared for thanks to Kellenberg was Chemistry. I'll be blunt when I say that I didn't study a day for my chemistry course in college (because I retained all of the information from K-Berg).

In any event I highly doubt too many people will read this but if you happen to be one of the few, I really do recommend this school! I believe it is the best Catholic High School experience on Long Island, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience back when I was still a teen.

Kellenberg is an amazing school with a great curriculum and teachers that want every student to do well and succeed. The variety of clubs and activities here is second to none so there is something for everyone. The entire campus is beautiful and vibrant. Every school has its issues here and there but Kellenberg is always improving and striving to cultivate the best learning environment possible. The administration is top tier and values every student. So if you are looking for a great Catholic high school, look not further than KMHS. You will have an amazing experience here if you are motivated and willing to succeed. I can undoubtedly say that this school made me a more well rounded person and really prepared me for college.
