(January 4, 2014, 7:13 pm)I could not be happier with this place!! Dr. Horn and his staff never fail to provide excellent customer service. They all have a polite and welcoming attitude no matter what the circumstances are. In addition, when it comes to picking out frames, the lovely ladies always give their honest opinions. With their help I have never picked any frames that I never received compliments on. These nice ladies really know what they are doing. Dr. Horn always takes his time with each of his patients no matter how busy it gets which indicates he is being very thorough unlike the chain stores. Also he goes out of his way to accommodate with his patients' needs.I know this for sure because he had my glasses ready just in time before I left for vacation. I highly recommend Broadway Optix to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I have been going here for a long time and I never regret it!

(May 10, 2013, 2:50 pm)My girlfriend sent me to Dr. Horn's office and I could not have been happier. He was so nice and thorough. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I have had a few bad experiences with the large chain eyeglass stores and was looking for a more personal atmosphere. I found it at Broadway Optix.
