After a day of waiting for a technician for my furnace (and him being extremely late), it was so pleasant to have Jason come the following day on time for my water heater. He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of.
I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.

Had an emergency leak in our baseboard heater, we were literally up every two hours overnight changing out the pot so the water didn't overflow. Called Extreme Plumbing this morning as they were highly recommended by a friend, they came within the hour, discovered the issue, purchased the part and within two hours all was fixed and the pricing is very reasonable.. Highly recommend this company!!
