I had a fantastic experience working with Jimmy and Phil in the Fitness department at Brands! Due to many back issues and a recent surgery, none of the upright indoor bikes on the market work for me as they come standard. Jimmy and Phil put countless hours, their talents, patience and expertise into helping me modify the matrix upright bike to work for me! I am thrilled with the final product, their solutions and their perseverance during this experience!

Excellent customer experience! Scott was super attentive and installed a Thule roof rack system and cargo carrier on a moments notice. Great value and I am very happy with the service here. Top Notch!

Updated review: I’m in shock, customer service reached out to me and went above and beyond to work with me on my order. I’m still in awww over the diligence to make things right. I would definitely do business with Brands again. I’ve had similar issues with other companies in the past, Brands definitely holds a higher standard than most. I am very surprised by their desire to go to the extra mile for their customers as most companies don’t care. Kudos to you Brands!

Ordered a bike seat from their site, they cancelled the order and said to use PayPal. Not sure the point of selling things online then canceling them to have a customer reorder. I should be directed to order this way in the first place.

Brands Cycle has wonderful customer service. I ordered a pair of brand new black size 42 Shimano S-Phyre 902RC shoes on Labor Day 9/5/22 because there was a great sale $200 instead of $430 MSRP. They emailed me shortly afterwards to say that they didn’t have any in stock, but that they would be getting them back in soon and upgrade from standard shipping to two day shipping for free. I just received this today 9/14/22 and the process was totally painless and they were very helpful and friendly with all correspondence. I would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely buy from them again.
