We have been using Pest & Termite Consultants since 2015 and have been very happy with the service we receive. They are very easy to work with for scheduling, and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Since we always have the same tech it feels like they really get to know us and our property.

Our previous tech Andrew was awesome, and he followed us to 3 different rental homes until we eventually moved out of his territory. Our current tech, Gerrodd, is fantastic. He is very professional and thorough. We have a minor recurring ant issue, and in addition to treating the spot where we found them, he took the time to search the entire perimeter of the house, find the two spots where they are coming in (on the opposite ends of the house!), and show me how they track back to their nest way out in the yard.

I highly recommend this company for the high level of service and peace of mind that our pest control needs are taken care of.

We've used Pest & Termite Consultants for several years since we've moved into our current home. Our current technician, Bailey has been servicing us for over a year and he is always professional, courteous, and never cuts corners. We asked him to spray around our children's playground set outside and down in our crawl space and he always remembers to do it for every visit. He always goes above and beyond, love the service!

Bailey has been our tech for the entire time we’ve been with this company and we couldn’t be happier. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and on time. Every time he comes he asks about any new issues or areas of concern, explains what he’s doing and why. I have small children and a dog and he is considerate of where he sprays for bugs. He is also very responsive when I need an off-schedule visit when I see bugs between my quarterly treatments. Thanks for the excellent service!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Michael Tucker has been my quarterly service technician for over a year and is always incredible responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I also recently had an incident where my hotel room was infested with bed bugs, and Les, the company’s bed bug expert, graciously came to my residence with just a couple of hours’ notice to inspect and spray every single item that had been inside that hotel room, which I very much appreciated! Keep up the great work!

Had a "virtual" eye exam. First time ever! It went well. All tests and eye exam were done prior to speaking to Dr via computer. They had a picture of my eye on screen so as the Dr was explaining results, I could see exactly what she was talking about. It was different but very good. I go to Visionworks, they are professional and attentive.

I had the most amazing experience in Visionworks in Rosedale they are awesome I’ve been to so many different vision care offices and they’re rude this office is the best I ever seen so helpful the staff is not rude wow wow wow I give this a five if I can give them a 10 I would.

I had such a wonderful experience from scheduling my appointment to my examination to picking out my glasses even picking them up the young man Ian was excellent I work for northwell and he mentioned to me as an employee I was also qualified for a pair of safety glasses for only $20 including my prescription as well with my regular pair of prescription glasses. That was definitely a good buy I’ve been upset happy with my glasses since then. Thank you again Ian and to all the staff including the doctor I saw. You all were wonderful.

I've been coming to this vision works for 3 years now for my family eye care needs and they never disappoint.
I was purchasing glasses for myself and my who has dementia.This time I had the pleasure to be helped by Ian.He was not only personable and funny but he listened to my concerns and needs and I walked away once again satisfied with my purchases and well be back.
I have a family of 6 and we all wear glasses so we're always breaking or losing glasses or in need of eye exams, so it's good to know we can come here and get great service from the Doctor, the front desk and salesperson, Buying glasses here is a pleasure.

DAVIS Vision Works motto is SEE THE DIFFERENCE, my husband and I saw the difference as soon as we entered the Rosedale location. We live in Brooklyn, and the outstanding service we received was well worth the drive. On our 1st visit there, Eileen worked with us. She made us feel more like friends than someone looking to sell my husband a pair of glasses. She even stayed past closing. As it turned out, we had to go back due to a small problem with the frame. Eileen was out that day, and the manager Rick took care of us. And did he ever! Rick was the epitome of what a manager should be in every way possible. He was warm and friendly and gave us a tremendous amount of quality time. But most of all, his expertise and knowledge were spot on. Rick, Eileen and Tanya (another sales associate} made our experience at DAVIS Vison Works a pleasure and we would definitely pass it along to others.
