Frank & Camille's Piano Superstore

I visited Frank & Camille's and I was so excited to see the vast collection of pianos available! Eric took the time to explain all the workings of a piano and compared the various brands. We purchased a beautiful pre-owned Young Chang Ivory piano. This piano suited our musical and visual requirements. The piano was delivered tuned and in pristine condition. We all love our beautiful IVORY Young Chang Piano. I would highly recommend Frank & Camille's for the purchase of a new or used piano.

I am an independent piano tuner and technician serving the Long Island area for over three decades. My experiences with Frank and Camille have always been excellent. They use top quality tuner/technicians and provide a conscientious service with the highest possible regard for customer satisfaction. In addition I would also say that I have always found Baldwin pianos, particularly the newer models to be an excellent choice for the home and school as well as for use in performance. They provide an even tone with a seamless crossover from the bass to tenor sections, with a responsive action that, in concert, with its excellent tone enhances the "piano playing" experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Frank and Camille to my customers as well as the purchasing of a Baldwin piano as an investment in, and encouragement of, musicianship in the home.

Camille was so extremely helpful and the showroom was beautiful. She went out of her way to make sure the piano I wanted to try was perfectly in tune and ready to play when I got there. They have a large selection for every price range and every size. I'm moving and she helped me figure out a trade in and delivery for my old piano and my new piano and coordinated the move for me. I honestly can't recommend her store enough, if you're buying a piano, this is the only place you should consider!

I could not recommend Camille more highly for your piano purchase. We never once set foot in the store (Covid). Camille spent hours on the phone with me and then my husband over a period of a few days and evenings to see what we wanted. She didn't care what the price point was. She just wanted us to be happy. She asked for a picture of the room to talk about color and style. She educated us on the different brands and options (ie player piano). She sent many pictures of the various pianos. Initially I guess I didn't really know what I wanted, (used, lower price, etc.) but Camille was so patient and informative. She never tried to up sell us, she just really seemed to be enjoying the process. In the end we got a gorgeous Baldwin and had the player piano installed also. We now have our own piano bar at home! I am playing again and enjoying that, but it's amazing to hear live professional piano in the house that is way better than I will ever play. When the piano got here ( I think it was 2 weeks) there were two little scratches. They sent Mike over and I am so shocked at the job he did. You would never ever know it had been scratched. Nowadays it is so hard to get good service. This was above and beyond. Truly the best purchase we ever made! Thank you!!!

I felt comfortable as soon as I stepped into Camille's showroom. She is patient, upbeat, and so knowledgeable about the instruments she sells. I did a lot of research and played quite a few pianos across Long Island, in search of "the one." We were cautious and took our time through the process. Camille and her staff were always welcoming. She matched us up with a gorgeous walnut Baldwin that has the look, sound, and action I was hoping for. There were so many amazing instruments in her store in all different price ranges. We ended up having the silent system installed through her, so it's convenient to practice any time. (Something I wish was around when I was a kid, so the whole house didn't have to hear every beautiful oops). Every time we sit to play, I'm so grateful we found her- Camille and the piano!
