  Words cannot even begin to express the gratitude and love we feel for the PD staff at this facility. From the very beginning, my husband, the patient, and I were welcomed with genuine concern and care about his needs focusing on him medically, emotionally and every conceivable factor affecting him as a person. The relationship that ensued over a decade far exceeded that of a medical staff treating a patient. They became much more. Their medical expertise , a major component of Jimmy’s treatment was always top notch and thorough. What impressed us was how much they genuinely cared and would reach out with calls and emails to determine just how my husband was faring. Whether it was at home or during one of his hospitalizations, they were there concerned and involved. They became family. We can never thank Joann, Jenny, Myung, the wonderful nutritionist and social worker and, of course, Dr Kenar Jhaveri for all they’ve done to treat Jimmy with such loving care and dignity. You will remain forever in our hearts and are undeniably an asset to your profession. You truly make a difference!!
