  Whether someone is looking for rehab or long term placement for their loved one, I would strongly recommend this place! The Rehab is amazing! They treat their residents like family and I couldn’t think of a better facility for anyone looking to get healthier and back home quickly. The staff members are attentive and caring. Aside from the wonderful people, the facility is taken care of very nicely and is always clean.

  Everything about this place is EXCELLENT! the care, the rehab, the staff and all the rest of it. They are all so nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

  This is the second trip back here to Grace Plaza for my 102 yr old mother after a short stay at hospital, I request Grace Plaza from the last time she was treated here last year. The staff is highly qualified to handle the needs of the patients whether it's for rehab or permanent residency you can't ask for better care. Remember if you old or young you need care for rehab look no further. Its too bad they only have 5 stars I would give this place 50 stars.
