  I went to Empire Honda to replace the window weather stripping on my car. Richard Deleo helped me sort out what needed to be done and ordered the parts needed. It’s not a common repair but I had confidence that they would know what to do. I was not disappointed. Richard was very helpful and I feel that they value your business and your to ime. Highly recommend them.

  I can always count on a great experience @Empire Honda of Manhasset service department, I always have my Honda Pilot serviced at this location and can always expect prompt, reliable, efficient and quality service from this team.
  I’m always pleased with the work performed. This location clearly outshines over its piers throughout the greater NY & NYC areas. They are exceptional and I highly recommend anyone to consider servicing their car here, even if you are not nearby. It’s worth it, trust me. You get piece of mind here and above all, honesty, expertise and professionalism.
  If you are also looking to purchase, they have a great dealership. I bought my car here and have no regrets. I was able to negotiate a very reasonable and realistic deal. They take their time to work with you without unwanted hassle or pressure. Check out either, service or dealership. You won’t be disappointed.

  I recently had my Honda Civic serviced at Empire. My issue was air conditioning, 5 yo Civic. Richard Deleo was the service rep who I talked to. He is exceptional, because most of the time these reps want to remain non committal, do the diagnostics and do an un-needed fuel injector job as another dealer did.
  Richard got right to the point, was aware that there was a wider issue with certain Honda air conditioner parts. That is why Honda has extended the warranty for the compressor and condenser to ten years. Richard said it is probably the condenser. Got it fixed with a smile. Honesty and straight forwardness go a long way. Best dealer service I ever had.

  Had a great experience at Empire Honda. Brought my HR-V in for routine maintenance and was out in less than an hour.
  
  Had to bring my HR-V back in a few days later for water damage caused during torrential rain storms. Manual Herrera was so helpful with this process. He helped work with my insurance company to get repairs started as quickly as possible and provided friendly support during a stressful time.
  
  Will definitely continue bringing my car to Empire Honda for service.

  I had service done on my vehicle yesterday and the experience was flawless. Manny was so organized and on top of all of the customers that entered the service area. He was beyond patient and accommodating with customers that would typically not deserve such patience. So respectful and kind.
  On all levels I am so happy I chose Empire Honda.
