Morgan was the best! She listened to everything I wanted and was honest with me about the color we could achieve. She was so communicative and amazing. Definitely will continue to go back!
Stopped in on a whim to schedule a consultation. To my luck Stephanie set me up with Jamie. He knew exactly what I needed and wanted in a haircut. He had the time and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Emily dried and styled my hair and did a great job, also being super sweet. Marco washed my hair, set me up and was a gentleman. Everyone here is top notch in customer service. Happy to have a new salon!
First time I went to this salon for highlights. Before I made appointment I called and enquire about pricing. I was told the highlights was $190.I went there today, I was told since it my first time, the blow out is free. Everyone was very nice.. Morgan did a great job with the highlights and Emily did a great blow out.. it’s in the end when time to pay. The lady who is taking the payments she told me it’s $205.. why jack up the price when I was told $190. When I told her, she wouldn’t even try enquire about. Just keeping saying the same price over and over.. She was literally charging me for the blow out..or trying to over charge me.. all I want to say is if a price is told over the phone. Please confirm it with the client when the appointment is book and when the client arrived.. things like these discourage ppl.. because they will feel as being getting rip off..
nuBest Salon cares about it's customers and it's community. I was there this week with my almost 16yo daughter who was recently diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. Knowing her hair would be falling out in a month or so, she requested to dye her hair bright green. I brought her to nuBest because Andrea is an incredibly talented colorist and I knew she would take care of my daughter in a way that no one else would. I have seen Andrea's work and I knew that she and nuBest's products would not disappoint. Not only did we feel safe in the salon post quarantine, but when I went to pick her up, the owner Jamie (Michael's son), came out to meet us and after hearing our story, decided to gift us the treatment and the special conditioner to keep the color vibrant. We were so incredibly humbled by this gift and my daughter is LOVING her beautiful green hair! Thank you, Andrea! Thank you, Jamie! Thank you, NuBest!
