If anything breaks Prada will fix it for a small fee even after 10 years. Haven't bought another brand of bag in years. Love my briefcase as well, use it every day & it's still in great shape.

(January 28, 2019, 5:37 pm)I have to give Prada Manhasset 5 Stars. I have purchased two purses at this location. One for my wife, and one for my mother. Both purchases the staff was extremely helpful. For my wife's purse they ordered and held the purse until I was able to look at it in person. I had a similar experience for my mother's purchase. Staff is very polished and courteous.
