  Great group of folks did accomplish my doctors request to have the Covid test done in time. Went Friday afternoon and had result before Monday for my procedure. Nice folks and know what they r doing. It runs well

  I would like to say that the doctor and her support staff was excellent. They were all very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. However, when we first arrived, we were not greeted very well. We spoke with a middle aged woman that sat across the entrance by the wall. She did say hello, but she immediately started to bark directions in a very rude manner. I asked her if they had x-ray service there, and her reply was “I wouldn’t ask you to check in if we didn’t “. She tried to help me check my son into the system, but was very condescending. She talked down to us when I asked questions about the check in process and even raised her voice. When I asked her if there was a problem, she said “I don’t have to deal with this” and went back to her station leaving me and my son alone to navigate the rest of the check in screens. Thankfully the rest of our experience was very nice. I just hope something can be done about that lady so it doesn’t happen again with someone else.

  What an absolute pleasure to fill out a survey on a medical facility and give them a score of 10 out of 10 on everything. The four individuals I dealt with -- the receptionist, doctor, assistant, and x-ray tech were all pleasant, professional, and warm. I had a persistent cough since having Covid in February, and my regular doctor was ignoring my concerns. I came to CityMD, and was so glad they listened to my concerns. They gave me an x-ray and set me up with an appointment with a pulmonologist, something my regular doctor wouldn't do. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be heard and to be taken seriously. They exceeded my expectations. You rock. Thank you.

  It's indeed an Urgent care!
  The Reception desk is very good.
  I was attended to almost immediately I filled in all my details.
  A very caring pleasant nurse who called me in attended to me first,then A very attentive, caring, Doctor prescrbed medication to be collected at my Pharmacy explaining to
  me the possible side effects.
  Within 24 hrs of my visit to the Urgent Care,I started getting better.
  Overall, it's a friendly ,Caring Environment!!
